Reviews
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Fernando. From initial contact to completion of cleaning four rooms with wall to wall carpeting within a quick turnaround time, Fernando was responsive and the quality of the work was excellent! Would highly recommend Fernando!
Fernando was very fast to respond and super competitive. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job with my very dirty area rugs and entire couch. I will definitely be calling him on our next project!
the rugs are very clean and the quality of the service is unmistakable. I will point out that there was disorganization around the scheduling - they tried to show up a full day before the scheduled date/time we had agreed upon, and then pushed our starting time back by 3 hours. to be fair, I'm unsure if the person I was in contact with was the same person who did the rug cleaning. In any case, we got two of our rugs cleaned for great value. Just be mindful of any potential scheduling confusion when booking their services
Fernando and his team were amazing! They did such a great job cleaning my rug, it honestly looks brand new. They were all very friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the whole process. The service was efficient and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be calling them again whenever I need my rugs and couch cleaned. Highly recommend!!
Amazing work and was incredibly responsive. Helped me out on short notice. Will be using their services again!
I am updating my review of Superstar Cleaning Service. While they weren't able to make my job happen according to plan, they did follow up with me and gave me a very thorough explanation of what happened. It turns out they had tire issues all weekend and weren't able to come out my way. I feel badly that they had this disruption to their work schedule, and if I need the rug cleaned again, I'll be sure to reach out to them.
This experience exceeded my expectations. The price was affordable which got my attention, and then for the service to be great and my very light beige carpet to look brand new again was awesome. I highly recommend Fernando, he's fast, professional and a genuinely nice guy. All thumbs up. Thank you!
They did a great job. Will definitely recommend to my neighbor and friends.
We had a great experience with Superstar Cleaning Services! Fernando was prompt, professional, and very communicative throughout the process. He cleaned our sectional couch and a few rugs, and everything looks fantastic now. The quality of the service exceeded our expectations, and the pricing was very reasonable for the value we received. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend Fernando and the team!
