Taking a chance on a contractor is always stressful. The Internet is full of horror stories. Some contractors keep changing the costs. Others don’t do good work. Others don’t do the work at all. Cooper is the model contractor you hope for. His work is clean. He does it the right way. And he suggested alterations and additional work that made things look even better then we expected. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and we couldn’t be happier about it. The only concern we have is that he clearly is going to be busy with such good work at such reasonable prices. Get on his calendar soon. You won’t regret it.

Thank you!

Very professional company. Cooper is one of those contractors you can trust to get it done. If his sub contractors are behind or in need of help to finish he drops everything, puts on his tool belt and get his hands dirty. Plus, he is detail oriented and doesn’t stop until it’s right. Remodeling a 1960’s garage is not easy. Nothing is square but he always finds a way. We are not 100% complete so I’ll add more comments soon with photos.

I can't begin to say enough good things about Ccoper and Modern. He went above and beyond. Always in direct communication with us and kept to his construction schedules. As well, we completed the project with ZERO change orders or additional costs. I will be using Cooper in the future for other planned projects, and I will happily give Cooper the utmost in praise. I 100percent trust this man, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to do some remodeling. I wholeheartedly believe you will walk away with the same experiences my wife and I had, 100 percent satisfaction. Stop looking! Cooper is the first and last stop when it comes to general contractors! Thank you Cooper for a job VERY WELL done.
