They replaced an item that cost $45 at the most and spent maybe one hour. Charged $345. They can start by not fleecing customers. The problem did not get fixed. The tech said there was a chance it would not work. They could call back to check. I called them to let them know that it did not work and they were supposed to call back with a quote for the next step. No response in 26 hours. Update - I did see that the company called me after the review posted, but I missed the call. I also saw that the company went ahead and credited $100 to my credit card. That was proactive of them to address my dissatisfaction.
SupraFix, responded immediately to my request (washing machine repair). The technician arrived within 45 mins, diagnosed the problem (issue w/ the motor). After repairing he assured the machine was working properly.
They fixed my washing machine and were very responsive and offered me a fair price.
He came and after trying to fix a sensor realized it was a bigger issue on the appliance that was not worth fixing and didn’t charge us for his time. A rare thing in this world. We appreciated his honesty and expertise.
If I could give them a higher rating I would. They were not only cost effective, they were kind and warm and funny. They even took time to pick up our kittens and give them love. Top of my list for future appliance repair!

Gave me a price without telling me how he was fixing my refrigerator. When I insisted on knowing what they were going to do to fix it, he says my parts are discontinued and he can’t fix it. Did you expect to charge me without really fixing the problem? Was that your plan? Shame

SupraFix saved our tenants’ Thanksgiving meal! The tenants oven stopped working the day before Thanksgiving at night. I contacted SupraFix and they scheduled a visit on Thanksgiving day! They were going to charge $25 for a service call but never did because they worked on the oven right away so the fee was waived. The problem was the oven igniter. The oven is old maybe from the 80’s. The technician had the part with him. He replaced the igniter and the oven is working now. Thank you SO much! 🙌🏼
