Showed up within the time range, gave me a 30 minute notice and diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue with my air conditioner quickly. I had to pay for an expensive part, but do NOT feel like it was an inflated price. I am sure they made some profit margin off of it, but their service fee was low and they have to make money to keep their employees paid and to keep their business thriving. Pleased with Supreme Comfort's work.

The technician was excellent. But, I was charged $450.00 per pound for refrigerant. I found this to be excessive after researching online.
The technician arrived just wanted to give a higher quote unnecessarily despite I told him it was as capacitor issue for HVAC. Finally I had to call my home warranty who fixed the issue. It is upsell and poor troubleshooting. I would not recommend .
This was an emergency service call. they had a technician out within 2 hrs and did not charge extra for the call. No up sales, complete diagnostic testing. Best part, they had the parts on the truck. I would highly recommend them to friends nd neighbors.
The tech Eduardo did a great job getting my old AC back up and running. Quick, professional, and thorough. The repair cost was a bit more than I expected, but the quality of work was solid. Overall, very satisfied.

Never responded or showed up as agreed. Poor communication
They have financing plans, which I was interested in. The owner Jose, on the phone said that it is a soft credit check to see if I am pre-approved, somewhat approved, or not approved. After filling out the first page I get an alert that it was a hard inquiry check and that I have a card coming into the mail in 7-10 days. Legally, this would not fly, this is a compliance fail. Failure to disclose that I am applying for credit and not getting a pre-approval is a major compliance issue in the lending space. If the words on the phone do not match the words on the application, it is shady business. Alongside that, the pricing was higher than average.

Courteous and professional, great work done with attention to detail for a reasonable price. You can always contact someone by phone. They answer all your questions and follow-up to ensure any issues are resolved promptly. Great experience overall. Will recommend.
If I could do no stars I would. I set up an appointment with them and when they missed the time frame I reached back out to they reschedule me for the next day in the morning. Again they missed the time frame and I reached out I got the same excuse that the technician was running behind. However the second reschedule I was suppose to be the first person so I’m not sure how I was missed the second time. When I reached out again they said they would come out the next day free of charge I said okay and asked for a time and never got a response. Very unprofessional it seems like it’s the person who is scheduling fault and not the technician. Now I need to find a different company I waited a couple days to see if they would respond to my message and they never did.
