My laptop slipped off a coffee table and the WiFi ceased to work. Although I was able to get a connection again it would drop and was weak. I picked Logan from the list, dropped the laptop off in the morning and retrieved it that pm. He had done the diagnosis, corrected a problem with the antenna wires and had it working without delays which was key. He responded quickly to my Thumbtack query and all communications following. All thought I didn't use it, I like the idea of him being able to do repairs in your home.
