We’ve been thoroughly impressed with our pool service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and takes great care of maintaining our pool.
Showed up on time. I could quickly tell they knew what they were talking about. Pricing was fair. We have a smaller pool that has been a little difficult to balance since resurfacing - it is less forgiving than a larger volume. After the first visit, things looked great, and I am confident we will have a stable, sparkling pool for the rest of the season.
Dalanne is great at her work. My pool looks great thanks to her and her colleagues.
Very knowledgeable and looking forward to working with them in the future!
The service I received was excellent! They were able to come and clean my pool and show me how everything works in short notice. It’s been almost a week already since the pool was cleaned and it’s still looking perfect! Highly recommend!!
Delanne and her assistant have both been superb. They do a Great job, extremely nice, and give me options to different pool care on my own. Communication is key in my book and that’s 110% !!!!! Something I have not gotten with my last two pool technicians. I Highly Recommend Delanne and her assistant whom my wife has met and speaks very highly of her as well. Ty, Ty, Ty 😄
After months of neglect, our pool had a serious algae problem and we decided to get professional help. I'm so glad that we found Surf City Pools! From the moment that Dalanne and Sam arrived, it was clear they were pros that knew what to do! They turned our nasty swamp from green to clean. I can honestly say that I have never seen it look so beautiful!! So thankful and will gladly recommend Surf City Pools to friends and family. 2thumbs way up!!!
Can’t say enough about how great Dalanne was in helping me respond to a “little” algae bloom! Super knowledgeable and comes from a dynasty of skilled pool techs!!! Don’t question it! Hire surf city and rest at ease your pool will be cared for!
I can’t say enough, they were able to come last minute and did a wonderful job. They were completely professional and knowledgeable. Plus, they kept me up-to-date on each step. I HIGHLY recommend them!
