Get better management/owner
Our contractor was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we decided on our colors and finishes. The site manager checked on the completed project and addressed all our concerns, making sure the project was completed to our satisfaction.
Haven't started the job yet, but so far a good experience
Wanted to stay with a local company so if things went wrong , it would be easier to stay in contact but I should have went with someone else . After months of issues after issues this company was horrible . From uneven concrete to the wrong color ordered for our sunroom to never keeping their word or returning phone calls . Absolutely the worse experience I have had with a contractor ! Now after 6 weeks of what they call completion , it leaks when it rains and my room has flooded 3 times ! I have begged them to come out but they will not return my calls . Beware ... even the owner never came out to check this project .
