Nearly a year in, Felipe still hasn't finished installing my elderly mother's shower, and it has never worked properly since the day his team put it in. I've followed up with him again and again. He keeps promising to come back and finish, and he never does. I even offered to pay up front for the supplies so he could just go pick them up, since this work is outside anything I know how to do. He still didn't show. Charging a senior on a limited income for a shower that doesn't work properly, then disappearing, is its own kind of cruelty. "Disappointed" and "disgusted" don't come close to how I feel.
Felipe and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They showed up when they said and did the job faster then we expected. Very professional and trustworthy. I would definitely use them again in the future!
Got the job done in time in quality and professionally.
Excellent workmanship, cleaned up all mess, professional and finished quickly
Overall, Felipe and his team did a great job with my bathroom renovation, and I would easily hire them again. The project, like most projects, wasn't without some challenges, but they were able to be addressed quickly, and the team accredited accountability where appropriate. My only request, if I were to work with Surfside again, would be that unanticipated costs that come up be discussed and agreed upon before the work is done.
Felipe was great to work with. He remodeled my parents bathrooms. I live out of state, so it felt good knowing my parents were in good hands. Only item missed was the caulking around one of the toilets, but he assured us he’d make the trip back to finish once my parents were back in town. We love the new looks!
Great work done, the bathroom came out beautiful and faster than I expected. The men were professional, they laid down stuff to protect the carpet and cleaned after themselves. They communicated with me throughout the entire process it was a great experience and I am extremely satisfied!!
After a month, we can confidently say that the split system air conditioner in our garage works perfectly. Giovanni is not only a professional but also a caring person. I made a mistake by not mentioning that some necessary materials were missing. Giovanni had to put the work he had started aside to buy what was needed for the job. He took his time and found a good pad and cover at an incredibly low price. He also found a great electrician, they both did a great job at great rates.
BFR crew was on time and paid great detail to the job. Floors were installed in 1 day. Very happy with the work.
BFR Remodeling did an outstanding job! They were on time , courteous, knowledgeable, and do a good quality job! Prices are reasonable and I was very well pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend BFR to anyone! Thanks
A+++++++++
We had been trying for months to get someone to install a pre-purchased water treatment system for us, but either the job was too small for plumbers to consider or companies required us to purchase their expensive water systems. Felipe with BFR Remodeling called as soon as our job appeared on Thumbtack, did the job in a half a day - and 2 days early! He was courteous, professional & willing to negotiate a good price with us. We highly recommend him!
Felipe reached out immediately, came prepared and was very responsive. He repaired the leak and my mom was able to quickly get her kitchen back together.
Courteous, pleasant to work with, wouldn't hesitate to have them back. Excellent job.
Felipe was wonderful. He showed up on time for the estimate and the job. He was meticulous and cleaned up after the work was completed. I am using him again when it’s time to work on the master bathroom. Thank you!
Felipe and his helper did an outstanding tile job for my screened in porch they showed early did a great job and cleaned up I would recommend them to anyone
Did a awesome job on bathroom remodel! Highly recommended for all remodeling needs!
They did a great job. Fast, friendly and affordable.
Felipe was great to work with and very responsive. We had them remodel two of our bathrooms in our condo and they turned out great. This is a vacation home so he made things seemless even though most of our interaction was remote. They were very reasonably priced and charged only a labor rate. Materials were purchased at cost. I would highly recommend BFR remodeling.
