Easy to work with and great communication. Toilet installation done
Arrived on-time, and was a true professional. His work was exceptional. Did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up after. I will be contacting this company again for all my plumbing needs.. Thank you!!!
Great experience with Justin! His communication was great from the beginning. He gave me an idea of what the issue could be before arriving, told me what time he would be there, and showed up right on time. While he was here, I mentioned another plumbing issue we were having, and he took care of that too for less than half the price I expected. Very professional, knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with. I really appreciated the communication and quality of his work. I would definitely call Justin again and highly recommend him!
Justin was great. He was punctual, professional, and very quick to identify the source of a leak coming from the bathroom down to the first floor. He explained the issue clearly and got it fixed quickly. I really appreciated his knowledge and efficiency. Highly recommend Justin for any plumbing needs!
Great experience, gave a very fair quote, showed up on time, completed all the work with the efficiency and quality you expect but rarely get. Highly recommend!
Great experience!
Overall great experience. Good communication, did the work and did a good job. Very pleased. Would recommend 10/10.
Surry’s responded to my emergency right away and offered solutions that worked great for me. He went above and beyond to help me get my plumbing issue completed and I am so elated about the service and quality of work I received. I will definitely call this company again when I need plumbing services.
Very disappointed with customer service. Tried to detect leak, made up where the problem was coming from, was very available to do the expensive work and then disappeared after work was completed. I reached out multiple times because he left tools and to double check the work because I was notified by the water company the leak was still being detected. Never heard back and never came back for his tools. Bad business. Bad bad business. And my water bill went up another $100 after the work was completed JSMH
Excellent toilet installation service! Surry’s Flow is professional, punctual, and did an amazing job installing five toilets for me. Everything was installed correctly, the work area was left clean, and the toilet functions perfectly. Very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend for any bathroom needs!
Justin was polite, communicated promptly and did a great job installing our toilets. We’re very pleased with his work!
Did a good job in replacing my toilets. Was late for our scheduled appointment and didn’t get status of arrival until after I reached out a couple of times after he had not arrived at our agreed time. Overall job was satisfactory and he apologized for being late.
My apologies since Thumbtack doesn't let you delete reviews. I mistakenly reviewed the incorrect company. Surry Flow had excellent response; I choose another vendor for my project.
