Show up when stated they will work. Do the work that was requested. If the work is outside of the expertise then do not state that the work can be completed. I had to have another vendor fix the electrical because all outlets were connected to the light switch. This type of setup wasn’t requested, so I do not know why this would’ve been considered acceptable. At no point did I disagree to any of the charges, so I expected work to the level in which I paid for the work. When I asked for a final invoice for the work completed, my communications have been ignored. So much material was wasted and now I’m left to dispose of it. We hired this company to do the work and now we have to fix all of the unsightly craftsmanship. I hired someone to save us some time. I’ve spent more time fixing what should’ve been completed initially especially since that’s what I agreed and paid to have done.
He did a great job installing our new shower. He was responsive and did a great job!
Swanson Brothers Construction came through when I was in a tight spot and needed some handy work taken care of in a short time span. If you need some work done don't hesitate!
Shadeed did great work for us in a newly converted spare bedroom. When another Thumbtack pro ghosted us, Swanson Brothers was responsive and assured us they could complete the job, and they did! Will call on this team again.
Contractor was excellent
Shadeed did excellent work and he was very professional. I will definitely use him again.
Outstanding service from the moment I hired him. His attention to detail was impeccable. He eased my mind with the service he provided in spite of the horrible service I received prior to hiring Swanson Brothers Construction. I plan to use him again, real soon and highly recommend him to anyone else.
