I'll be straight: we got off to a rocky start. There was some miscommunication early on, and for a minute I wasn't sure how it would go. But we talked it through and worked it out, and I'm glad we did. The work itself was done professionally and the quality held up. More than that, he was hardworking and honest throughout — and honest is what you really want when you're spending your hard-earned money. He deserves your business.
Responded very quickly. Was able to have items put together next day! Definitely recommend.
This was a great experience. Very personable young man. Made the drive up the mountain and realized he’d need a helper. He came back the next day with his brother and did the job. He was punctual and kept us informed about his arrival time. We would hire again in a minute.
I couldn’t be happier with the installation of my Ring Floodlight Camera by Nick at Swan Tech! From start to finish, the technician was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving. The camera was installed neatly, works perfectly, and the attention to detail was impressive. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this professional’s services to anyone looking for a quality security camera installation. Thank you for a job well done!

Nick came to help me fix my TV that had been mounted but wasn't at the angle I wanted. He reached out, let me know when he was coming and when he arrived. Nick helped get my TV at the right angle and help me re mount the TV in a different place on the wall. He made sure all my connections to the TV worked and that it was at my desired viewing preference. Good quality workmanship and well prepared, hire Nick to get your TV mounted right. Time to go and enjoy movie night, thanks Nick!
