Before I decided to hire them, I had reservations because of the bad reviews that I had read but Felipe the sales guy reassured me that the bad reviews were one offs and disgruntled customers. I should've listened to my intuition and passed on working with this company. Had many issues along the way, no accountability whatsoever. Their duct installation guys butchered my brand new drywall and the owner says that's normal. After arguing with the owner, they came back and again no accountability just more combative behavior towards the customer. These pictures are just a few examples of why you shouldn't hire this organization, not too mention they are more expensive then 4 other vendors I spoke to. Save yourself the headache and added costs. Worse experience of my life dealing with this company. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the owner and his incompetence and non accountability is beyond reproach. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and a headache and STAY FAR AWAY!!

Felipe came out to give me a quote on installing a mini split AC in my garage. He was very professional and personable. He explained the process to me in detail and even got back to me with an answer to a question he couldn’t answer. If my cousin didn’t come to install the AC I would have definitely used his company!

The response was truly according to the urgency of the situation (In Florida, a house with No A/C is considered an emergency) and required an adjustment to Felipe's calendar. He tackled my request and immediately prepare 3 different options as per my request, with different brands, and confirguration of A/C. He is very knowledgeable of tje entire ecosystem including financing options. I am happy with Felipe's response, knowledge, and overall can-help attitude.

Our ac unit stopped working on a Saturday morning. We called our previous ac company and they sent out a person at 7pm that night and told us it was the compressor and that they couldn’t do anything (replace or estimate) until Monday. We called Swift Sunday morning, they came within an hour, gave me an estimate and had it installed by Monday afternoon. Our previous ac company called to give me an estimate while Swift was finishing. They were a joy to work with.

The guys that came and did the work we’re great. The guy handling invoicing was extremely unprofessional and lied to me about the cost of the work that was performed in order to convince me to do additional work that he was recommending. He told me my total cost would be $1270 and that the additional parts/services was $1560 total, but he’d knock it down to $1500. Come to find out, the total cost was only $750, and the additional parts/services doubled the cost. I emailed him to share my confusion/frustration and he just dodged my questions. Screenshots of the email exchange and invoice are attached. Absolute scammy, sleazy business. Steer clear!
