Reviews
don't go with this company. they have no room in their "contract" for mistakes. their contract is drawn to screw their customers no matter what. also they do not believe in "customer is always right". if they have a contract based on certain things, they should allow the customers to dictate their wishes. the only good thing I can say is that they make it very clear that it's their way or the highway so make sure if you are at all uncomfortable with their contract, go with another company. I was uncomfortable but really thought they would be understanding and would work with me. that was a mistake.
I would definitely use this company again. They were very professional and great prices.
The guys at swim time pools diagnosed the problem with my hot tub and fixed it in a timely manner. Price was fair and we will be using them again when we shut our hot tub down for the winter. Yes I would recommend them!
Swimtime Pool & Spa are the absolute BEST! The owner arrived quickly and took care of our pool immediately. Something Landi Pool refused to do.
Came on time and quickly removed foreign object from pump impeller. Fair price. Nice guys.
I needed a new liner for my above ground pool and in searching for an install appointment, I found Swim Time Pools. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with the work that was done. I received information at each step. The work was done timely and professionally. I highly recommend Swim Time Pools for any pool related issues. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for a job well done.
They were here when they said they'd be did what they needed checked if it was working properly. We're professional. All around.
It wasn't cleaned as it should have and I have to hire another company to finish it. Just took money but was not ready to give proper time to the customer. I gave them 2 chances but things did not got done and i wasted my money completely. I tried to reach out, but Lew did not reply or pickup my calls.
Took our wooden pool and made us brand new!!
Lew and his team demonstrated a very professionally manner and we appreciated their work very much!
Lou was great with handling and explaining the inspection observations.
Professional, prompt and reasonable.
Horrible!!! Tries to charge excessive initial service call fees. Was suppose to get back on follow up repair work and does not return calls. This is a irresponsible fly by night rip off company!! Buyer BEWARE & Do not engage.
