I was extremely satisfied. He really went the extra mile and stayed longer just to make sure I understood how the security worked. We did have one problem with the camera, but he Stayed until it was fixed. I highly recommend and will use him in the future.

I recently hired SyncHaus for the installation of 5 POE security cameras and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the very first contact, they stood out. They responded immediately and were the first company that took the time to clearly explain that my existing cameras were WiFi models, not the POE system I actually wanted. They patiently helped me select the right POE alternatives and moved quickly once the new cameras arrived. The technician arrived promptly, walked the entire house with me to review every camera location, and offered helpful advice on optimal placement. After installation, we went through each camera together — he helped me set up the app on my phone, verified all the angles matched exactly what I wanted, and made sure everything looked clean and professional. All holes were properly sealed with foam, and every cable was neatly secured and hidden. Even after he left, a connection issue came up with the NVR. He immediately provided instructions so I could regain access right away and returned promptly to resolve it. The fix involved running a direct Ethernet cable from the router to the NVR (WiFi extension wasn’t reliable in my case), and everything has worked perfectly since. SyncHaus delivered excellent service from start to finish. Their knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure I was fully satisfied — even after the job was “done” — made the whole experience outstanding.
