I was not saisfed with the service I was provided. I did a consultation and they requested some documents from me so they can give me some estimates I requested. Two weeks went by after I gave my documents and no one followed up with me.I reached out again and they told me they would have the estimates in another week. Still no follow up or reply. I ended up messaging them and let them know that I will be seeing another accountant since they were not helping me. Hopefully, other people will have a better exerience.
