Stay away. They installed a new heater for my pool that didn’t work from day 1. Took 2 months to get them back out. When they came back unannounced, they stayed for 5 minutes and said to increase the pump speed. When that didn’t help, they texted me a number to the manufacturer and told me to deal with it. The manufacturer sent another vendor who discovered that the heater was broken, it wasn’t new it was 4 years old, and the venting was installed with the wrong materials and upside down. That had to be completely redone. The manufacturer ended up giving me a brand new heater and installed it correctly.

Great experience having System Pools come out. I just bought a house with a pool and had no idea what I was doing. Not only did they help me open the pool up, they cleaned, vacuumed, and ran me through all the pool systems. I asked lots of questions about how to maintain the pool and they answered all of them very thoroughly. They even ran me through running the pump and backwashing the filter. At the end, they gave me recommendations on things I should get fixed/changed on the pool. All in all, a very good experience and for a great value!
Was waiting for two days them to show up. They didn’t even bother to call for rescheduling! Completely unreliable
System Pools came to clean and refill my hot tub and the owner sent two of his workers who didn't seem to know much about the hot tubs. I had to force him to stop by to check the work. They messed up something and my hot tub has not stopped leaking water since the cleaning. I have spent over $1000 trying to fix it and it's still not fixed. We could not use the Hot tub this entire summer. Would not recommend this company.
Used them last year closing our pool and this year opening. They drained, and acid cleaned our pool this year. Always on time, communicated very well, easy schedule to adapt to a busy family . Will continue using them!
We were told by the expert that we should have shared that the pool that we wanted inspected was above ground. We are buying a new home and did not realize that that information should have been shared We're new to pools period. The expert was unable to perform his inspection due to missing eequipment by the homeowner. He did say he would come back and perform the inspection once the equipment was located. The expert was friendly and knowledgeable about pools in general.
This contractor was supposed to install a pool foe me. This was by far the worst service I have ever received. This contractor was unreliable, unprofessional, and unskilled. He sent one individual with a shovel to dig an area that was supposed to contain a 16 x 32 feet pool. After he realized it could not be done he simply abandoned the work, leaving the hole that was dug, his shovel and trash all over my backyard, with no regard for the state he had left my backyard in. My neighbors kept asking me what was going on, it was so embarrassing. It took one month and more than 20 phone calls and text messages to get him to clean up his mess. It was only after I threatened a lawsuit that he came back and cleaned up the yard and picked up the thrash littering my yard. He would tell me numerous times that he would come and then simply not show up, without even the courtesy of a heads-up to let me know. He always had plenty of excuses, none of them believable. I hired him because of the good reviews I had seen. But clearly, something has changed. Either he took on a project he had no experience to do or the company has gone through some unfavorable changes. Thankfully, I found a more reliable contractor to do the work.
Good Job
My experience with this company was terrible. It all started back in January when I contacted about fixing my jacuzzi. He was not able to access the heater since the access panel was tiled up so he ended up breaking the tile to get access. That's totally understandable but he didn't live up to his promise of getting it fixed. He said he would find the matching tile and set up the access panel for future easy access which never happened. I had to follow up multiple times to get any answers. You can see the attached screenshots of text messages. I found this to be very unprofessional by not responding back. He also spilled some blue stuff on the bathroom floor which he said he has some special cleaning material to take it off. That never happened either. After multiple follows up he eventually said his friend would be the one fixing the tile. Six months later that never happened either. His friend never picked up the phone calls when I attempted to call. Finally after several days of tries he picked up and said he will order the tile. After few days I followed up and his response was he ordered the wrong tile. I finally gave up on these unethical and unprofessional people.
Nick did an absolutely amazing job. We built our pool about 11 years ago and have had our share of crooks. So, when the filtering system broke down, I was dreading what was to come. I could not have been more wrong. Nick responded right away. He was knowledgeable AND affordable! It's hard to believe we finally came across a serious, knowledgeable professional, who is not gonna take advantage of us. We wish we had found him a long time ago.
