As I am still working with him, he answered all my questions, as well as is currently trying to save my data. He's been nothing but patient and understanding. As well as willing to deliver my things back to my address! He's been nothing but stellar, and I can't recommend systMD more.
I am quite handy with computers and when Microcenter couldn't help me, I was really glad to find someone to talk to on a Saturday night. And Matt and his team got it working and were available afterward to help in re-installing the software and preferences.
Excellent service and good communication. I highly recommend this company
Matt did an excellent job setting up my new computer and transferring all of the data.
That was wonderful when we couldn’t figure it out virtually how to hook up my printer he actually came to the house and did it within 10 minutes. Excellent I will refer them and use them whenever I am in need.
