The cleaners did a great job, although they did not bring their own vacuum. So if you need them to bring one or prefer they do, you should mention that. There was a miscommunication with management on time and how much it was going to cost. I ended up having to pay more because it took them longer to clean my home. I was disappointed with how that all was handled. BUT the cleaners did a fantastic job. Be upfront with the amount and time it will take, maybe send a video of your space. I may think twice if you have a large home.

Hello the vendor need to refund my card or I will report this for fraud. The lady called me and quoted a flat rate of $390. I noticed my credit card was charged $720. They MUST refund me $330 immediately.

I love that I received a phone call to discuss the project. The professional arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished. She asked a lot of questions before and during to make sure she was doing what I wanted. Definitely would recommend!
The Tackle Box person who cleaned my home was so pleasant and positive. Did a thorough job and made our living environment so much better on just the first visit. And I think their pricing is very reasonable. The owner even stopped by to ensure all was going well on this first visit. I would highly recommend this service.
The most professional service and team. Good service is hard to come by these days, especially when blindly booking something online. This team blew me away with their proactive initiative in everything!!! Promptly replied to the inquiry, sent the link for booking / payment efficiently through a secure link, kept me in the loop every step of the way via text. I never had to question what was going on, and on top of that incredible results! Truly went above and beyond to deliver stellar move out cleaning services. I wasn’t able to be there when they were cleaning and they took initiative to send me pictures of things and ask for verification on what I wanted! This is great customer service and I would definitely book them again.
