I scheduled Tailor Made Service for pest control this past Wednesday, but unfortunately, no one showed up for the appointment. I also did not receive a call, text, or any notice that they would not be coming. I arranged my schedule around this service, so the lack of communication was very disappointing and unprofessional.
I had an emergency poisonous spider caught in his own web with items that looked like a birds nest in it. They came the next day and removed it and sprayed the apartment. Joshua was great.
Very prompt in response, professional, made a return visit to remove a hornets nest included in the service. That was a pleasant surprise because I didn’t expect that. They have made me a repeat customer.
Appreciated how quickly the technician responded and addressed the problem.
They do a bait and switch. Tell you a price to get you in and it’s no where close to the price once they do the actual work.

We have recently been inundated with Chipmunks digging holes on our property. This began when our neighbors put up two bird feeders along our property line. The internet indicates that chipmunks are extremely attracted by bird feeders. This company charges a fee to provide an estimate. There's no way to know whether the estimate will be something you want to pursue or not, so it could be a waste of your money. Further, there are very few reviews for this company and the reviews that exist may be made up. In this case I thought I was willing to pay the estimate if the company would only note in a statement that the neighbors bird feeder was potentially attracting chipmunks to our property. This would have given me something to provide the neighbors that would have shown an authoritative source indicating that they may be part of the problem and could help us by eliminating the bird feeders.
