Salespeople with poor communication skills who don't follow the homeowner's instructions provided before the inspection. A nightmare of a company and ignorant staff to deal with!
Have yet to get down to the real business of sealing the attic from roof rats and trapping those that are inside however at least feel that we have the right company. Their office administration is quite on the ball, and we appreciate that.
Nathan was polite, knowledgeable, very responsive to my concerns, and projected trust. I was very impressed and glad that he was the person handling our needs to identify the problem and offering best solutions.

DISAPPOINTED I PAYED MORE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THERE WERE GOING TO SPRAY UNDER MY MOBILE AND TAKE CARE OF MY CHAIR AND DO THERMAL IMAGING ON MY WALLS BUT THEY DID NOT DO ANY OF THEM THEY ONLY DID WHAT ANY OTHER COMPANY WOULD DO SO I BELIVE THEY OVER CHARGED ME
Garrett was great and professional. He showed photos to help me understand the issue and walked me through the plan. I do feel it’s more expensive than it probably should be but I do believe the remediation will be of a high quality

Great service! Responsive, professional and friendly! They took care of my ant issue and also the wasps! After the initial home visit that ant gel really pulled those ants out! I didn't have them treat inside initially, but after seeing the ants respond to that gel, I called them and they came right out. Did the inside treatment in about 24-48hrs the ants were gone! I mean, they were everywhere before the treatment. Thank you for the great service! Jason, Levi and I can't remember the 3rd guy from January it was either Paul or Craig 🤔
They were able to handle a rodent issue in my house in a few weeks.
Chris, from taps pest service, was not only on time, but in fact early for the appointment. He did a fantastic job. The reason for the service call was because of a raccoon in the attic. Chris thoroughly inspected the entire attic and told us that the raccoon had departed. Then he went on to explain a raccoon’s, typical routine, and habits. He said that the raccoon is unlikely to return, and if it does that the service needs to be called and will come out immediately. Amazingly there was absolutely no charge for this inspection. I highly recommend taps pest service, and will most definitely be calling them, Should there be any issue with wildlife in the future.
Taps was super professional and thorough. The representative took the time to fully explain the situation and how their services would work. I had estimates from three other companies but felt the most confident that Taps could resolve our pest issue.
Levi Gonzales was actually early and understood our problem. I gave him the go ahead and he was all over it and soon had all the treatment finished. In less than 24 hours the treatment he left for these ants was working quite well. Levi is a very polite and friendly person. Highly recommend him and Taps.
Craig and Chris were fantastic. They were extremely affable and professional. They were sincere and genuine in their approach and advice. I will strongly recommend them to anyone.
