Tate was quick to respond, showed up the next day. Explained the repair clearly, replaced both torsion springs, and now the garage door works perfectly. Professional, reliable, great value and top-notch service. Thank you!
Tate was professional, courteous, and did a good job explaining the before, and after. He even explained an additional maintenance item that honestly I wasn’t even aware about, but his intent was to inform me to be helpful. I would recommend him solely based on his character.
Tates Garage did an amazing job for me. Instead of trying to charge me for an entire new door like other companies did, they honestly assessed the situation and fixed the minor problems I was having. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service.
