I highly recommend Taylor Home Service! Taylor and his partner did a wonderful job assembling my sister and her son’s beds. Peter put together 2 night stands for me. He was a great communicator, punctual, fairly priced and completed the task quickly. Will definitely use him for future home projects.
To summarize, this young man has a lot of energy and is hungry for work. Not to say that he's desperate, but that he is eager to attack problems ahead of him. But I find that while he's very competent with handyman tasks, for a business he's a bit naive and can get himself in situations where he can bite off more than he can chew. I have full confidence that he is willing to complete his tasks, but as a consumer, I have to be careful with what I ask of him as he has not yet learned how to say no when he should. I haven't had to experience this first hand as I try to limit "scope creep" in my needed tasks, but I can see this as something he hasn't yet fully learned. His communication is superb and his work is underpriced. I was happy to increase the work and pay for additional work that was needed. I would highly recommend this young man for carpentry work and light paint jobs as he is excellent and quick at these tasks. I haven't had the pleasure of having him do other work, but my impression is that he is intelligent and is capable of many other tasks that fall under the general handyman services.
We were so pleased with Peter’s work. We had several smaller projects that needed to be done (install curtain rod, install handrail going to the basement, trim tree branches) and Peter did great with them all. In addition, Peter was punctual and very responsive in our communication with him. We highly recommend him.
Do not hire this guy !!!! He does not know what he’s doing. Terrible. I think the other reviews are from his mother
