Ty is great. He communicated well throughout; the initial contact, scheduling the work and updates on estimated arrival time. He is friendly and professional. He got to work right away. He provided his assessment of the issue with the window and provided options for repair. When he left the job was done to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Ty.
