Casey was great. He was very courteous and professional. He asked questions and uncovered the cause of the problem quickly. He communicated throughout the repair, and gave tips to prevent it from reoccurring. I will definitely ask for him whenever I need electrical or HVAC repairs in the future.
Team Enoch kept cancelling my appointments at the last minute. It was very frustrating trying to communicate with them as they use a 3rd party for communication. I will not use them again
This company is a scam they call you at 4:00am in the morning highly unprofessional! Pls put me on do not call! Don’t recommend them they will harass you. I’m going to report them to Thumbtack.
The sales was informative not pushy. Axle and his partner were outstanding on the install. Kept me informed on progress, showed me the work, explained the new code items, and gave me a tutorial with the Nest thermostat. Highly recommend Team Enoch

We have been very happy with Team Enoch. They showed up on time and have provided us with a reasonable quote to get our AC cleaned and repaired.
From getting my quote to financing and a very quick response time. They scheduled me within 48 hours of my request. They were very professional and absolutely helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. The system is working fantastic no one tried to upsell me. They simply came out ,Let me know what they were gonna be doing and did an amazing job! What I thought would be the hardest decision to make they made easy and seamless.

In order to talk about technical details had to reach out to them multiple times throughout the week until management got back to me. They need to improve responsiveness in this regard.
Be proactive when responding to this emergency. Something was terribly wrong with the drain pan which has caused serious damage on our home.
The tech knew what he was doing and fixed the problem within 15 min. I was expecting a up charge or for him to tell me the I had 5 different problems, followed by multiple different charges, but he seen one problem, showed me proof of said problem and then fixed it. He also made sure everything else was working properly. Very professional, will be using them for future projects.
I contacted Team Enoch about a full A/C system replacement. They were very responsive and quick about the whole process. I read a lot of good reviews about them and decided to go with them for my project. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful. The day of installation they were at my house at the exact time I was told and were done way faster than I expected. After they finished, the cleaned up and stuck around to make sure no issues arose after they started the system up. They showed me how to use the new thermostat and were very friendly through the process. Thank y’all so much!
I’ve been dealing with this company since the middle of February, and it’s now April 16th, and my unit is still not repaired

Update: Docs received after review was written. It's been over a week since they came to inspect the HVAC system of a house I was considering buying. Request: see what issues system might have during option period (ending soon), be provided with service recommendations, and quoted a price in writing. I have not received this yet. I've repeatedly followed up and talked to 3 separate people. Option period is over at this point. 2 stars for promptness of tech dispatch.
He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing I felt confident that he knew what he was doing.
I needed a same day fix. They came through and fixed our air conditioning unit. I would definitely use them again.
