Javier and Manny were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond to the call and quickly came up with a game plan for repair. The plumbing is in an old house so it was complicated. They figured out the problem! We were able to negotiate a fair price for the work. I would hire them again.
I needed a quote to re-pipe my whole home in L copper after water damage from a pinhole leak. Team Rooter showed up the day after my call and Steven was really on top of my concerns and offered informed advice. I don't have the company quote yet tho, and no actual work has been performed. So they get an "A" for responding, but I can't make any recommendations yet about how they deliver.
Had a great visit by Steven who was friendly and ended up not even charging me for his time because the clog seemed to have fixed itself. I offered to pay a service fee but he would not take my money! Great company, will call them next time for sure.

These guys want your money more than fixing your problem. After I paid $250, Team Rooter wanted $4600 and 2 days and 2 guys to fix my problem. I called the second plumber, he fixed the problem in 3 hours by himself and only charged $250.

Team Rooter is a large plumbing company that is expanding into the Ventura County territory from Los Angeles. I have nothing but good things to say about the team who came out to deal with my backed up kitchen drain. Mike Rangel stayed on the job all day as specialists were called in to assist in a high-pressure hydro flush and use of cameras to make sure there were no more stoppages. Though I ended up spending more for these services than I liked I felt I was in good hands and that the problem was solved. I recommend Team Rooter.
No show first day and arrived in the last 10 mins on the second day. Were unable to run camera due to clean out issues but still wanted to charge. After all the inconvenience and not being able to complete the work should not charge customer. Eventually did agree to waive after push back.
We'd been without hot water for days, waiting for our insurance and the company they recommended (who quoted us with lots of out of pocket expenses), so when we reached out to find someone on our own, Team Rooter came to our rescue. They were able to show up, give us an estimate, didn't try to upcharge us, and best of all, they changed the water heater that day! We were very impressed and thankful.
Great experience, arrived within 45 minutes, unplugged the blockage and cleaned up after himself. Was done in less Aran an hour.
They have been awesome so far. The job has not been completed yet,(they are waiting on us to confirm) but I feel that I will have no complaints once it is, as they have been very accomodating thus far.
Quoted $44, ended up charging $499 (deposit on bigger job) when new ahead of time would not work. 2 other plumbers said they don't charge if hydro doesn't work. Team Rooter did.
I asked them to service my main line. 100 feet. They came in with a baby snake 6 ft. Tried to charge $99 after ad said $44
After calling several companies who were overpriced and slow to come out to fix our problem I came across Carlos who was very knowledgeable and professional and able to immediately respond to our plumbing issues.. He resolved our problem and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again. Thanks Carlos!!! My kitchen sink is useable again!!
