Excellent Service — Highly Recommend! John with Team Think Ahead did an outstanding job transplanting our ornamental grasses! From his prompt response to his exceptional attention to detail, the entire experience was fantastic. He was friendly, personable, hardworking, and eager to get the job done right, regardless of the weather! What made this project especially important was keeping our dog from eating the grasses and getting sick. John helped us solve that problem while giving our landscaping a fresh new look! Thank you, John, for your professionalism, dedication, and wonderful work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Team Think Ahead again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They were responsive and punctual . We would like to hire them again for our services.
John and his team did great work. John helped me visualize ideas that improved what I had originally planned and stayed within my budget. He was easy to work with and I plan on using him for future projects.
This team was professional and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased with the work and would hire them again. Thank you. Laura
I would not waste your time. They came out to get their measurements and never provided a quote. They were kind of rude and not very professional
The owner came out to give me some ideas and an estimate. He said he would get back to me in 2 days with the estimate. It’s been 8 days and I’ve reached out to him almost everyday via text and the thumbtack app. He hasn’t responded once…not even to tell me he is not willing to do the work in my price range. So disappointing.
Terrible experience. Terrible communication, would never hire them again!!!
They were great to work with and completed the work quickly. It looked great and was a real improvement to our backyard. We did wish the sprinkler heads were not covered. It took my husband Jim work to get rocks out and get them working.
I highly recommend this contractor. They were professional, punctual, and finished the job within 3 hours. They did a great job fixing the botched job the contractor before them was responsible for, and I’m very pleased with the final product.
Going from grass to hardscaping was quite a scary choice until I met John and his team. If you want to make this change in landscaping, this is the group you will need. A+ rating for sure!!
Great job quick easy well done.
