I waited 5 days for my appointment. he called the day before and claimed he was sick . smh
The fan went out on our older model laptop that no longer had a working battery. We didn't want to replace it quite yet so asked Tech Doctor if they could just replace the fan. We had a couple of hiccups with drop-off/pick-up but a quick message to Tech Doctor to change plans quickly resolved any issues. I appreciated the fact that they monitored their messages on the app and that I didn't have to wait long for a reply. As far as the fix went, when we got the laptop home the first time the new fan was working but the laptop wouldn't stay powered on. Communicated with Tech Doctor again and, even though this required us to drop off and pickup the laptop again, they were able to resolve the new problem. This was an old laptop with non-working battery so we weren't entirely surprised that it required a second look. We didn't want to spend a lot on getting it fixed as we do plan to replace it in a year or two so we're happy that the rate was very reasonable. Our first experience with the App and with Tech Doctor and would say both were a good experience. Would recommend!

The tech never gave me a phone number or any way to get in touch with him but through thumbtack so I will have to wait until he gets back to me if he does at all
Derek was very efficient and pleasant. He scheduled his time so that it did not take a lot of extra time, which was what I asked of him. He gave good advice and fixed the problems. I am very satisfied with his service.
Derek wasn't able to fix my problem even though he tried everything he could including ordering a new motherboard. I ended up buying a new computer and Derek helped me set it up by coming over to my home.
He fixed my broken power jack, but broke my wifi card and antenna. Then after providing a new card at his expense, suggested that I use tape to connect the antenna.
