Markus was a dream to work with, especially since I'm a virtual dinosaur when it comes to tech stuff. I had updated my drivers and lost the sound drivers as well as something else controlling sound on my laptop. It took some time to figure everything out but Markus was a master at getting down to the solution. We had some laughs over the phone as he was working on my computer remotely. Highly recommend Markus. He was very patient and together we got my laptop up to speed.
I was desperately nervous about building my pc on my very own as I had bought a prebuilt PC. I only have little knowledge of changing out the CPU and memory sticks and nothing else. I recently broke my motherboard socket pin during the cpu exchange and my PC wouldn’t display a screen, spent numerous hours trying to troubleshoot the problem but to no avail which led me to buy a new motherboard as well as a few upgrades with a new case, psu, ddr5 sticks, and a new aio. I checked this service and was very responsive once I requested for help. Very helpful and guided me through the procedure of me building the entire pc.
