We had difficulty arranging when we were both available, but Brian was forthcoming on every communication. We kept in contact on the afternoon he had several other projects, so I was able to get out and do what I needed to to. I was very impressed with the detail of his installation of my AC, far better than I'd have done it when I was young enough to pick up the air conditioner. Recommended without a doubt.
