Had him come fix some sprinklers. He said it looked like it would be a difficult fix, and quoted me a price based on that, saying it may be more if it’s more extensive. He then was able to fix it quickly, and said it was much simpler than anticipated. And I mean, just popping a tube back onto a pipe simple. BUT he charged me the price for the more extensive repair. He also was spotty in communication which delayed repairs I desperately needed. I ended up finding someone else for my next project who charges a fair price and is ethical in their work. This business is highly unethical and I will never hire them again.

Tyler at UScape was very quick to reply to our initial request and showed up on time and ready with each appointment with him. He not only completed the work of removing and then adding new plants etc, but he had an artistic eye in doing so. We look forward to working with him again in the near future. Highly recommended.

No show and ghosted me
This was such a good experience! They taught me how to maintain my system moving forward. He helped me find the leaks and figure out our sprinkler system. He has great knowledge of drip and point source irrigation and helped me figure out how that would work with my current system. I cannot say enough good things and would 100% use them again and recommend them! So knowledgeable and kind.
Never showed up for the 1st appointment. I called and rescheduled, and he never showed up for that one. Waiting around and trying to accommodate his busy schedule still wasn't good enough.
When you accept an appointment time, I would expect you to come, not delay it twice. We really needed your help, plus we have to make sure we stay home for what turned out to be no shows.

U-Scape was wonderful. I would have rated them 5 on all five categories if the app permitted. Tyler worked with me on the design of the project. He was very helpful, but also responsive to my input. During the work itself, he was always on time. The work was completed quickly and well. I was very happy that he was open to my suggestions to keep the costs within my budget, and that he stuck to the price/budget even when I made alterations to the plan. He and Rebecca worked extremely hard during the implementation of the plan and left the yard clean when they departed. I really couldn't be more satisfied or recommend U-Scape more highly. My yard is once again beautiful and I love it!
Good response time and quick to come out to turn my sprinkler system on. After talking to a couple others on Thumbtack about some additional work I want done I found out I was definitely overcharged for the work he did. $100 travel fee. I’m in Sandy and this company is in Draper. Communication could have been better when he was turning the system on. Needed some drip heads replaced and he ended up changing to a different system that will use more water and will cause the area to be more weed prone. Would have opted not to change if he had said something and would have replaced the drip head myself rather than change to this type of system. Would not recommend based on the fact that others I met with said I was charge double what I should have been charged.

Ghosted me and ended up blocking my cell number. Beware of Tyler making false promises. Nothing worse than taking time off for him to visit, provide a quote, and do the work and having a no call no show. Waste of time
He was straightforward, super helpful, educated me on the whole system so I could understand how to fully operate my sprinkler system. Solved some tricky problems that were on my property as well. Tyler was just great!
