My project was small but they gave it immediate attention. The quote was a little higher than I expected but not so high that it scared me away. I never hire the lowest bidder because I understand that, with contractors, you get what you pay for. The end result exceeded my expectations. My roof looks beautiful! They were worth the extra cost. I had an experience where I needed immediate assistance for a significant issue to protect my assets. While I appreciated the initial assurance that help could be provided, I was disappointed when, after giving the address, I was informed that service wouldn't be available for two more days despite having two time slots initially indicated as open. The lack of follow-through on that promise felt unprofessional. As a result, we chose to work with a different provider who treated us with more respect and understanding. I hope this feedback is helpful for future customer interactions.
Slow in calling me to put me on the schedule for work l to be done
They came out to the house 3 times (some weather related issues). By the third time the gentleman said something like, “wait, I’ve been here before”. We had to reach out for an estimate over the next few weeks, but ultimately went with another company.
I met with Brandon who presented me with an estimate for my siding job. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel like I could trust the company to do a good job.
