Shawn responded quickly to my inquiry. He came the next day and was able to identify the issue pretty quickly. He called several resources to obtain the part but since it’s an older tv, the part was not available. He advised that it would be less expensive to replace the tv than trying to locate the part and fix it. His charge for the visit was very reasonable. I definitely recommend his service.

I had a problem with my TV/internet that wasn’t being solved by the customer service people at my provider, so I tried Thumbtack. Shawn answered my request for help immediately and happened to be in an area near my home. He showed up the same day and knew exactly what to do and had the problem fixed in short order at a very reasonable price! I will definitely contact Shawn any time I have TV/internet issues.
So far so good! Sean came out on a moments notice and diagnosed the problem with my TV. I’m waiting for the proper parts to fix it now and he will be back to complete the job. I highly recommend!

Show up on time, he was three hours and twenty minutes late. I asked him to reschedule on a phone call the night before but he said he would make it on time but I knew better, he didn’t listen. Also couldn’t make my one tv work.
