These guys responded promptly and helped me diagnose the issue in a few minutes and sent me details how I can resolve it prior to even coming out. I was able to do so and they helped me with the steps. I would have gladly paid them to come out and fix the issue since no AC in Houston is brutal. My experience was great. I will always come to temperaturepro for my needs
They should be more clear on estimates prior to dispatching. I was clear that I needed my HVAC drain line cleared and I was told it'd be a certain amount by the receptionist. When the tech arrived, I was told i'd be paying more to clear the drain line. Very unfortunate. Would be good if technician and receptionist worked together to provide an estimate prior to dispatch.
Temperature pro , responded right of way and had someone here fast. Took care of our problem and they were gone. In and out, very professional.
They did a wonderful job. They helped with making sure I had what I needed. They helped me navigate financing. It was a very worthwhile experience.

The service was good and timely. The pricing was on the higher end for a standard AC capacitor. I was charged $325. Typical cost is $180-$250 based on surveying other contractors. The capacitor itself is less than $50 including tax.

Made an appointment for them to come on Friday from 2:00pm-4:00pm, no one showed up at 400pm. Msg them on this app, someone called me back at 4:15pm and indicated that they will be at my house in half an hour. It is now 5:30 pm and no one is here. This is extremely unprofessional. I made the appointment on the high reviews I have seen on here. I am very disappointed and will contact Thumbtack about wasting my time when I could be using another company.
Highly recommend using them. I ended up going for a yearly maintenance plan and I'm very happy with the work. Went over everything about my AC AND Furnace with me and gave some recommendations on some improvements.
