Tentmakers Electric did a great job hooking up our new hot tub. They ran new 220V wiring through our crawlspace, modified our circuit breaker panel to add a dedicated 50A breaker, installed the local outdoor disconnect sub-panel that came with the hot tub and connecting the wiring into the tub itself. They were very flexible with running the wiring per our requests to keep things as hidden/clean as possible and were great with communication both ahead of time and during the installation day. Their price was very competitive with 2 other companies who quoted the same work. We would definitely recommend them!

Great customer service and professional work. Aaron went above and beyond.
Great communication throughout the process. Had a 30A outlet installed for an EV Charger. Great work, Highly recommend.
Tentmakers delivered on a rush request to install a backup generator inlet box for my house before an ice storm. Aaron and Phillip did a fast and professional installation right on time, giving my family peace of mind and a convenience option if the power went out. Value was reasonable and competitive as well. Highly recommend!
Joe was very quick to give me an estimate. Aaron and Philip were great! Very patient with my questions, his pricing was fair and they left my home clean.
We needed a Tesla charger installed in our home. They made it so easy to do business with. Very responsive and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. All this through text and they showed up on time to complete the job without an issue. Will definitely do business with them again!
Aaron with Tentmakers Electric did an outstanding job installing my EV charger. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly about what needed to be done and why. The install was clean and well-organized, wiring and placement looked great, everything was tested before he left, and he made sure I understood how it all worked. I really appreciated how respectful and efficient he was in my home, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who does quality work and takes pride in doing it right, I highly recommend Aaron and the team at Tentmakers Electric!
We had a great experience with tentmakers. They were incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. We had them install a subpanel in our detached garage which had to connect to our main panel on the other side of our house. They hooked up our space heater and installed an outlet. There were all very kind and professional when they showed up. They did great work, our heater, sub panel and outlet have been working wonderfully.
Excellent customer service. Came out and installed a home charger for an EV car. It was no easy task, but was completed in a timely fashion.
I needed an upgrade to my house power panel from 150a to 200a. Tentmakers responded in just minutes to my request and worked with me to understand the issues with my existing panel and if an upgrade was really necessary. They gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the upgrade and were able to schedule and complete the work within a week. Everything was installed with high quality and they cleaned up the area and ensured the new breaker box was correctly labeled for easy reading, as my previous panel had errors in the labeling. I would recommend Tentmakers for any electrical work you might need.
I recently used Tentmaker electric for installation of electric outlet for Tesla charger. They are very responsive, professional and gave additional suggestions on how to use credit for EV charger Duke energy is offering. They also went one step further to arrange an inspection by county for the same. I would highly recommend them. Aaron was the electrician who came on site. He was very helpful and showed ownership of the work. 👍.
This company was amazing very knowledgeable professional and punctual.
Joe has been amazing to work with! Extremely professional, thorough and trustworthy. Communication was outstanding and he made the process incredibly easy. I had a new panel installed (replaced a very old one) and a new circuit added in a crawlspace. I will definitely use Tentmakers again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical work.
Joe was great! He arrived on time, was very friendly, and always communicated everything prior to the appointment. He helped with the installation of an EV charger as well as floodlights and garage security cameras.
Highly recommended
Phenomenal experience with Tentmakers. They were able to work with our budget and present us multiple options for achieving our goals. They are our new go to electricians for our properties!
I needed my detached garage subpanel upgraded and an EV charger installed—not the easiest job given the unknown condition of the existing buried conduit. After three different electricians came out, only to ghost me, I reached out to Joe. He was easy to work with and got the entire job done to code in just a few hours. I have high standards for any work done on my home, especially when it comes to electrical, and Tentmakers met those expectations
Thank you so much to Tentmakers for an amazing job! They upgraded our house from 200 to 400 amps, coordinated directly withour energy provider, got all the appropriate permits and approvals, and made the whole thing hassle free. Joe and team were very professional, communicated thoroughly and were fast, fair and affordable. Lastly they hooked up our swim spa and made our dream of having a small pool and hot tub in the backyard happen. Would recommend them any day!
Joe was fantastic….from his prompt response to his transparent pricing and quality knowledgeable work. He assessed my problem, explained it to me and how he would resolve the issue, then completed the work quickly and efficiently. I have added him to my speed dial. I highly recommend.
Great to work with, would highly recommend. Shows up when scheduled and does great work. Thanks a bunch
