They need to hire a professional people or they need to train their workers better.. they sent a young kid to me. He had no experience,came in did not know what the full job description was. I had to explained it to him then he had to call the office to approve it. He seem very upset and frustrated like he did not want to do the job , He rushed through the job-very unprofessional.

Don't waste your money. Pablo doesn't honor his guarantee. I paid $700 to have my home treated for termites in June of 2024 with a one year guarantee. The termites were back in April of 2025 and I contacted Pablo several times and he just blew me off each time. The year contract is up now and I still have termites. Go with a more reputable company.

Very clear and professional
When I originally requested the service, they were prompt and attentive. They came over within a couple of days and set up the traps. Since then, it’s been a nightmare of an experience: 1. I had some roaches show up, discussed the issue and they committed to coming to fog the place. No response. Went with another company. 2. I then started noticing an alarming number of termite wings by my window sills, as well as droppings. I’ve contacted them to come and take a look and they said they “would get back to me”. After multiple texts on my end and unfulfilled deadlines, I will have to go with another company, even though I’ve paid almost a thousand dollars for the service and supposedly had a one-year warranty on the treatment. Do not use this company for your own peace of mind.
If you want more problems then you started with this is the company for you. Pablo was fast to pick up his phone and come and charge me $750. But when I realized the next day Im starting to see evidence of other termite activity he assured me it must be previous water damage. I was unsure but said I would keep an eye on it. He said he would spray the entire exterior, which my house cameras showed him only partially doing. I now have lots of active termites flying around and wings in most of the rooms. (Which I never had before) so why? Ive contacted his twice to relay the message to only receive radio silence. Incredibly unprofessional typical miami slap job. Not worth your time or money!
I love someone who will not try to sell you anything just to earn money, Termites away pest control came in and assured us that what we thought were termites were actually not and offered us alternative preventative care! As we are young home owners I feel that sometimes workers try to push products or services on to us and really appreciate the sincerity, punctuality and valuable information given by termite away pest control !
Pablo was Very prompt very professional and very knowledgeable I was so Surprised with the quality of this company coming from this online service I was skeptical But he was amazing till the end!
The company did an excellent job in that I have not seen another aunt since. I would so please I am going to plan on setting up regular service to prevent any problems in the future. Would highly recommend
