About Terrell Yoga

My vision for Terrell Yoga is to be a blessing in your life. I want to meet you where you are and customize a practice to meet your needs. I want to help you feel joyful and free in your body and your heart. When I think about how I want my days as a yoga teacher to look, I see myself visiting your aging parents and getting some movement into their week. I see all of us together in the park making our bodies into every shape they can make and laughing about it as we go. After you have your baby, I want to come help you get your balance back so you can self-care without separation anxiety. I want to help your event succeed with peace and ease by creating a customized workshop for your guests. 200-hr, trauma-informed certified Private instruction, workshops, small and large groups. Slow hatha flow, Adaptive, Chair, Trauma informed, Yoga Nidra and Cortisol reduction method.
