I am a handicapped senior lady whose very old TV finally "gave up the ghost" after lasting decades beyond what anyone could possibly expect. I was able to find a good price online for a new Samsung HD TV, but fretted for days after the purchase on how to set it up. I am not technically inclined, and I really needed help. I searched on the internet and fortunately found Terrence via thumbtack.com. Terrence responded immediately. But before I booked him, I made clear what I expected to be done, and I trusted that he understood. I found out later why he deserved my trust. He explained that he was on his way home but that my neighborhood was not far out of his way and he could be there soon. I was very happy. He showed up at my door with a smile on his face within 25 minutes. I felt like the cavalry had arrived! He went to work immediately. While he was working, I found him to be friendly and respectful, and I learned why he was well-deserving of my trust. I learned that his electrical -- as well as aeronautical engineering experience was earned serving our country during his 26-year career in the US Navy. Talk about heroes!
