Reviews
Incredible customer service and took pride in their work. The crew members were polite, punctual, and efficient. I highly recommend their services!
My experience with Tex-Mex Cleaning Services was beyond terrible. I am chronically ill and in need of a cleaning service to do a thorough job as I am unable to do so on my own. I was so let down that this team did not complete the bare minimum of what's included in their standard cleaning package. Clumps of hair were strewn around the house and mopped into the floor, several counters and surfaces were left totally untouched, scuffs were left on my walls, and cleaning products ruined finishes were used on wooden furniture. I contacted Tex-Mex Cleaning Services to remedy the situation, and they have stopped responding. I am now out the time and resources of working with Tex-Mex Cleaning and the time and resources to have the work redone correctly.
They were here on time, and did a fabulous job. It hadn’t been done properly for a while, and took a lot - and they did beautifully. They even dusted the crown molding - never seen a cleaner do that before. All the details were covered. Very happy, and have already booked my next cleaning with them.
Thorough cleaning of our house. We are very satisfied.
Absolutely amazing. I have been through so many cleaning teams but this was by far the best one!! I can’t wait to get them to come visit on a regular basis. I got the deep clean and my place has never been so spotless. I also have horrible allergies and noticed I could breathe easier too.
From start to finish, getting the quote to walking in to a sparkling apartment was so easy. This was my first time having my place cleaned, and I will never go somewhere else — 10/10!
We were very pleased with their cleaning for the first clean, regular service. They did a great job in the kitchen and bathrooms, were timely and professional.
Made special effort to accomodate my scheduling error with different appointment time. Careful and thorough cleaning.
Other than being 45 minutes late, they did a good job. I am giving them another try to see if the tardiness in arriving was a one-time issue.
