Reviews
Texan home solutions had great response time to my initial inquiry. They were over taking a look at my attic the very next day and even began some of the initial work there and then. They were friendly, professional, and a much better price than a lot of the other quotes we received. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who was looking for quality service at a great price.
It is rare to experience excellent customer service these days so when I do I want to tell everyone. My experience with Nathan and his team was beyond exceptional. Nathan responded promptly, assessed our situation and explained what should be done, giving a reasonable price and lifetime warranty. His team was conscientious and hardworking. Nathan knows his business!
Nathan is a super nice guy and gave us a very fair estimate for our attic remediation project. He explained the work his team would do, which was the same or a very similar process and materials as two much more expensive estimates we received from other companies. Nathan explained his extensive experience in the business and warranty provided on the work done so we selected him. Nathan was always very pleasant and responsive to work with, and his team were polite, friendly, and hard working. We are happy with the job done and with the price we paid. I would have no hesitation recommending Nathan to anyone.
My experience with this company was phenomenal. They met all of my needs. They responded to all of my calls. They were kind professional. The work was done completely on time. I could not have chosen a better company to do this work. they completed my ductwork. they replaced my insulation and they got rid of my rodent problem that I have been living with for years.
I have dealt with a dozen contractors in the past 30 days. My experience with Texan Home Solutions has by far exceeded my expectations. sincere detailed professionalism. Nathan always answered my call or responded quickly. I am truly grateful to have chosen him to do the work we needed. Thank you. May God bless you
Initial service was great, hired for insulation replacement and rodent exclusion. Unfortunately rodent exclusion didn’t work, squirrels came right back, asked them to keep coming to fix it, came a couple times and then they scheduled me for them to come back out on a Friday, didn’t show and ignored me after.
They completely cleaned our attic, removed rodents and put in new insulation. This is the cleanest our attic has ever been. I appreciate their swift professional work. The crew was easy to understand and very helpful.
Nathan did an outstanding job of communicating directly with me as the homeowner instead of the realtor. I am not physically on site to confirm the initial concern was remedied, but have every confidence it will be.
Absolutely awesome work! They were here within the hour to remove a duck that climbed down our chimney & was stuck in our fireplace! Great people & good knowledge of how to manage the job! I definitely will call them again!
Thank you so much, Nathan, for your exceptional service! You and your wife were incredibly professional and compassionate in handling the situation with care. We truly appreciate how you successfully set the trap for the bobcat and her new babies, ensuring everything was done safely. We’re grateful for your attention to detail and feel at ease knowing all are in good hands!
