Jose and his team replaced our entire upstairs flooring, tearing out the old carpeting and tile, in record time and even put in the extra effort to correct some creeks in our subfloor! Jose was sure to let us know exactly what we needed to purchase and helped us choose a quality LVP option for our home. He was incredibly accessible when we had questions about products before hand and made sure we were happy with the work completed.
Communication was fine to begin with. Once I received my floor material it then took 6 days for them to reply and said they’ll be here the next day. On the day of service they canceled within an hour because my location is downtown without a parking lot. I conveyed that there is parking just outside the building and I will reimburse for parking fees and they canceled anyway. Wasted half a day of PTO at work and more than one week waiting for them.
We had Texas Quality Flooring out to repair/replace some LVP flooring that was discolored. They did an amazing job, especially with the limited extra planks we had available. The crew was professional and work was completed timely. Highly recommend!
Jose and team were great at getting my floor repaired. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and answer all my questions. When it turned out that I needed a smaller repair job instead of a full replacement, he was ready and able to meet my flooring needs. I appreciate the great job!

I would choose all five items if I could. I got left in the lurch by Lowe's "Service Pro" installers who blew right past my timeframe. Texas Quality did the work faster AND cheaper than Lowe's ever could. And they took the time to help me move furniture around, they cleaned up after themselves so my house was cleaner than before they started! Seriously, they exceeded all my expectations.

I had some damaged wood floors (buckling in the middle of the room). Jose was super responsive despite it being a holiday weekend. He came out within a few hours to check out the floors. And he came back out the next day to redo the damaged area. It looks brand new, seamless with the existing flooring. Super happy with how things turned out!
