I’m very happy with Matin’s work at my house! He installed 6 PoE cameras (including one PoE doorbell camera) and an NVR for a great price, and even provided all of the Ethernet cables at a great price. He hooked up the entire system and connected it to the app within a few hours. You can tell he’s done this MANY times, and he is a true expert that you can trust. He also accommodated my aesthetic preferences and my nitpicking which is always a plus. Also my roommate had a phone interview and he was respectful and quiet during that time. I am definitely hiring him again to install cameras at my parent’s house!
Eddy installed a 6 camera Eufy PoE NVR security system. I went bought the Eufy PTZ. He did a phenomenal job. He exceeded my expectations. Will use again for any future work.

I hired Edward Martin in Oct 2023 to install cameras on our home. One concern I expressed to him is that I need to be able to contact him for repairs if necessary should something go wrong. Fast forward, on July 29th, 2025, I messaged him regarding issues with our camera system. TO ALL READERS, just take a look at the dialogue from July 29th up to today, August 6, 2025. It is 6 pm and let’s just say there is no intent to show up. He lacks professionalism, integrity and not reliable. The constant promises, coordinating dates/times per HIS availability, no shows and the constant lies is intolerable. I have never in my life dealt with someone who did this to us. This is not a favor. It is a business deal. Had I known we would have this problem, I would not even bother doing business with someone like this. Go ahead, read carefully for yourself. Blue: me and black: Edward. Unacceptable and a complete waste of time. I would respect him more if he simply said he is not available and lacks the time.
Everything was great, he is a valuable person to keep contact info for!! We will be calling Texas Security-n-Fire for all our next projects for sure.

Eddy is great, he helped us installed four wired cameras plus one doorbell. He also offered to come back to adjust our doorbell since we did not buy the doorbell plate in advance and our wall might need a doorbell plate for a better angle.
