Wonderful experience, they were professional, courteous, prompt and affordable. I had my pool drained, acid washed, filters cleaned and chemically re-balanced and I couldn’t be happier with the job that was done.

Carlos and his team did a fabulous job from inception to finish. They were fast and efficient and got the entire project done in less than a month. I would give them and A++ for communication. I recommend them without any reservations for cost effective pool renovation.

I highly recommend Carlos, Liliana and his experienced and hard-working team! I would hire them again and have since recommended them to my pool-owning neighbors. The project was timely and had great communication. They gave me the various options I had and a detailed quote. They re-plastered my pool, replaced the tile around my spa (mid-work we changed our mind and replaced the tile around pool also), and had mastic sealed around the pool. They did excellent work! My pool equipment ended up having issues, and Carlos was patient with me to get them resolved. Christian from his team even helped with the additional repair on my pool filter. Thank you!!!

This year I had the fortune to find Carlos and the team who did a renovation of our back yard pool. This was a significant project which included replastering, tile replacement , replacement of the skimmer which had been leaking, re doing the lighting. It also included re surfacing the deck. Carlos was always punctual, professional and attentive to the many details that arose. Glad that he did the work and expect to enjoy pool time once again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlos and his team at Texas Pool Wise to renovate our pool, and the entire experience was exceptional. They undertook a complete transformation, installing new NPT plaster in a gorgeous aqua blue with a Puerto Rico blend, along with marble pool coping and stunning glass tiles. From the outset, Carlos and Liliana were fantastic to work with, demonstrating an impressive level of professionalism and dedication. Carlos and Liliana provided us with very fair and transparent estimates, ensuring that we understood every aspect of the project. Their honesty and integrity were evident throughout the process, and it was clear that they take great pride in their work. What truly stood out was their willingness to accommodate a significant change in scope when we decided to remove our old hot tub. Despite this additional task, they handled it with ease and efficiency, ensuring that it did not disrupt the timeline of the project. The crew at Texas Pool Wise was equally impressive. They were consistently professional, courteous, and diligent. They worked methodically and maintained a clean and organized work environment, which was greatly appreciated. Once the job was completed, they left our area spotless, which spoke volumes about their attention to detail and respect for our property. After obtaining several quotes from various companies, we felt most comfortable with Texas Pool Wise, thanks to the confidence and trust inspired by Carlos and Liliana. Their expertise and commitment to excellence were evident from our first meeting, and they delivered on every promise. The final result of our pool renovation exceeded our expectations, turning out even more beautiful than we had envisioned. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Carlos, Liliana, and the entire team at Texas Pool Wise. Their fair pricing, honest work, and exceptional results make them a standout choice for anyone looking to renovate or upgrade their pool. We couldn't be happier with our decision and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future. Our pool has been transformed into a stunning oasis, thanks to their hard work and dedication.

After getting several bids for replastering our pool, I decided to go with Texas Wise. Carlos was a likable guy and gave us a very fair bid . Carlos and his guys arrived at the times he said he would be here. They completed the job when they advised it would be completed. The pool looks even better than I expected. After seeing the quality of work I asked if they could resurface the deck. The deck had numerous cracks and basically looked old. Again, Carlos gave me a fair bid and completed the deck. Both pool and deck look spectacular. I would definitely use Carlos and his guys for any future repairs.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job! We got 5 bids for our pool replastering and we went with Carlos because he was responsive, professional and reasonably priced. His team did an amazing job, start to finish, and they always showed up when scheduled. And they left the area cleaner than it was before! We love our new pool and would highly recommend Carlos and his team to anyone.

Highly recomended. Job was done fast, they alerted on a pool leak and fixed it before the plaster. Pool came out looking awesome. I will hire them in the future to redo the concrete around the pool.
