He is absolutely fantastic. I called on a Sunday afternoon and he removed the dead deer in my mom’s backyard same day. He is wonderful. Hopefully something like this does not happen again but he is the one to call.

Steve was knowledgeable and collaborative as he presented a couple of options that he thought of would be best for my resolve my unique problem of a squirrel trapped in upper chimney section. He was mindful about not causing damage to my home/chimney and sensitive how to humanely cause the squirrel to leave the chimney area. We agreed on a strategy and it worked!
Tex did a great job securing our home from pests/rodents. He found and sealed two potential gaps. He provides a lot of additional guidance and recommendations. Catch 22- would definitely work with Tex again, but crossing my fingers I don’t have to in this home!

We've never used a pest service but were freaking out a little bit about some intruders in our house. He found all the spots where they could make their way in and helped seal them all off. Likely I would not have been thorough enough to do the same.
Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did an inspection and checked our crawl space and exterior entry points for rodents. Won't know for another week if the traps he set caught anything. But have had a good experience so far.
