About ThankYouWater
I’m Yevgeny, owner of ThankYouWater. Drinking-water and reverse osmosis systems are my craft, not a side service. Established in 2020, now serving the East Bay. Looking for the cheapest cartridge swap? I’m probably not your guy. Want an experienced RO specialist who services the entire system? That’s exactly what I do. I handle installation, repairs, filter and membrane replacement, sanitization, flushing, leak and pressure checks, and TDS testing. Thorough work, honest advice, ongoing care.

Yevgeny is thorough - he installed a brand new Ro filter on a fancy quartz counter top on our kitchen, no shortcuts taken. He is a master of his craft - fair prices and he will complete the job without any stalling - he went above and beyond and went to ace to get an electric part. Hire him in a heartbeat if you want to install a water filter
We needed help installing a new undersink water filter and chose Yevgeny out of 3 competing bids. He came home within a couple of hours and completed the job professionally. I could tell he went above and beyond the call of duty by checking things such as the water pressure. He was unfazed by a minor, unexpected challenge that popped up. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommended for any water filtration systems.
Prompt, communicative, above-and-beyond technician! Yevgeny was very accommodating to work with our odd water fountain delivery timeline, and he really pulled through with hard work and grit to make sure our station was installed on time for an event we had coming up in the space. Thank you!! Definitely highly recommend.
Did a great job installing a water filter. And answered a few other plumbing questions for me. Would recommend!
Yev is so professional and honest and courteous and really knows his craft. I will endorse him to my friends who might need water filter services.
Today, I had all the filters and membrane replaced in my 5 stage Watts Reverse Osmosis water filtration system under the sink, along with a full sanitization, and I couldn't be happier with the work completed by Yevgeny. It was clear from the start that he is a highly experienced professional who really knows this equipment inside and out. The patience shown throughout was fantastic and every question was answered thoroughly and without any rush. The thoroughness stood out too, the whole system was disassembled, fully sanitized, and rebuilt with care, with no shortcuts taken. I also loved how educational it was. I got a great refresher on how the system actually works, what each filter does, and how to maintain it going forward. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything left spotless when the job was done. On top of all that, the professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. It's rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work, and it really showed in the end result. Above all, this was genuinely trustworthy service, honest, transparent, and no upselling. Five stars all around, I'll definitely be calling Yevgeny again for my future needs!
A pleasure to work with

Yevgeny is terrific! He installed a cold plunge for my home. He is super professional and prompt and knowledgeable. I would absolutely trust him for anything involving water filtration, plumbing, and general handyman tasks. 10 out of 10! I will be using him as my go-to guy for anything around the house definitely
Excellent service! Very, knowledgeable, kind and efficient!
Evgeniy has a real passion for helping families get access to great water. He did a great job with the RO system in one of the units in my duplex, and I’ll be hiring him to work on the other unit.
Yevgeny did an outstanding job installing my Waterdrop X12 RO system. The entire installation was smooth, professional, and very clean. He drilled the hole in my quartz countertop perfectly and completed the installation quickly. It took only about 1.5 hours from start to finish. He explained how the system works in detail and patiently waited until the initial filter flushing and drainage process was complete before testing the system and confirming everything was working properly. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Yevgeny to anyone looking for a professional RO system installation
Yevgeny did an outstanding job installing our reverse osmosis system. From the start, he was highly responsive and came well-prepared with deep knowledge of the system and the installation process. What really stood out was how thorough he was. He walked me through each step and worked carefully to ensure everything was installed cleanly. He didn’t leave until the system was functioning perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with that level of care and attention to detail. I’d recommend Yevgeny without hesitation to anyone looking for a professional RO system installation.
