I would strongly recommend this company. They recently did our roof and they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. They were punctual, professional, and helpful. I especially like the adorably-shingled cupola. :-) Thank you!
Joe Hubard was professional honest and very responsive. I got about 8 -10 estimates. He was significantly less expensive by about 20%. He had my new roof installed within about 1 week from when I signed the contract. After his quality inspection defined a few things around the vents on his own accord. He gave me a certificate for my homeowners insurance that help to reduce my rate. Great experience.
Joe & his team cored 5 stars on on every category. the crew was courteous, friendly and quick. it was all done in a day. they knew their stuff. our house looks awesome with the new roof. thanks
Professional, timely and on budget. Team worked quickly and cleaned up real well. We are very pleased with the results. Thanks Joe and team!
Joe and his team really know the roofing business, and do their work with excellence! I was impressed he provided the estimate at the time he examined the roof condition-- a clear estimate that didn't change. He answered all my questions, clearly explaining what the new roof would/could require. I am amazed at the good work of the roofers, plus doing a thorough job of cleanup at the end of the day! That One Construction Company is GREAT to work with!
That One Construction Company were great from start to finish. Communication and attention to the little things made all the difference-thanks for the great work!
This roofer is really numero uno in everything what they do!!!
Joe did a great job with fixing our flat roof. It had a single sheet nailed to it which caused a pretty big leak. It needed to have EPDM rubber and some boards replaced (since they were rotten). Joe gave us a reasonable quote which was mid to lower end of our quotes from different roofers. It has rained a lot since then and has not leaked. He had one of his employees do the job but Joe make sure to inspect the roof before and after to verify that everything was done correctly. The final price was accurate to the quote. Joe is very personable and honest!
Affordable, insanely quick and easy, respectful and honest! Hard to come by these days. The guys that came out were awesome. As a young female home owner, I’m really impressed and thankful for someone that didn’t take advantage of the opportunity and helped me through it. Don’t call anyone else but these guys. You won’t regret it!
