When Disney World first opened in Florida, you bought a booklet of tickets to ride the rides. They went from A to E, the latter were fewest in number and for the best rides. Jeff was an E Ticket ride all the way today. His work is not only a bargain, but his depth of knowledge of the so many computer devices that exist out there & their OS that he knows & navigates with familiarity, even though he's not physically with you is what's amazing. I had a really great experience working with Jeff! Hire this professional, you won't be disappointed! I had been putting off having my laptop looked at for awhile for several reasons including price and hassle. Reaching out to That Tech Jeff was the best thing I could have done. First, he was very quick to respond but not in a pushy way. Second, he says he charges a flat fee and he truly does charge a flat fee, which is a darn good price! My project ended up taking several hours but he doesn't charge more for the surprise additional time. You also don't pay until he has fixed your problem. And he is happy to follow up with you if you need him. Third, he is cool with phone and text correspondence and he can do the work remotely so I didn't have to worry about my laptop leaving my side, travel, drop-off/pick-up, or any of the pandemic concerns. Fourth, he is quite patient, pleasant to talk to, experienced and insightful in his field and didn't pass judgments for my shortcomings in computer knowledge.
