He contacted me soon after I requested service and was able to diagnose the problem by text. He kept me informed about when the part arrived and arranged the appointment in a timely manner. When he arrived he was able to replace the part and get the refrigerator working in no time. I would use him again.
Todd came in and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. Explained what needed to get done and what parts were needed to get ordered. A week later the parts came in and he fixed the issue (compressor in my Samsung fridge) within a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend.
