Sean was great and helped us with a cat that made our crawlspace his home
Very happy with the service provider. The attic cats went above and beyond!
Sean was super helpful when I found a raccoon going under my house through an open crawl space vent. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful in getting the raccoon out of the crawl space. I would absolutely reach out to him again with any issues like this again. Thanks so much Sean!
Sean was great! He quickly got up into the attic searching for the dead rat. Although he wasn't able to find it, he identified all the potential holes into attic where rats could be getting in and pinpointed the likely location of the dead rat. He told me what to do for repellent and even gave me some wire mesh for filling the holes. Overall great experience, super helpful and friendly. And totally free! Highly recommend
Sean and his guys were great. I heard from him right away, I got a detailed quote and explanation. The team was quick and thorough. My attic was a mess following a roof replacement and now it is clean, sanitized and looking like new. I am so relieved. I highly recommend Sean and his team.
Sean was awesome! Super professional and a great communicator. Would highly recommend him!
Sean and the team at The Attic Cats were absolutely amazing! I hired them to clean out the attic of my 40-year-old home before putting it on the market. Decades of remodeling and previous pest issues had left the space looking horrific. Even though my agent said it wasn't a dealbreaker, I wanted peace of mind knowing the job was done right for the next owners. Sean was professional from the start, promising to reach every corner of my multiple attic spaces—and he delivered! While most sellers show off new paint or lighting, I was honestly most proud of my sparkling clean, newly insulated attic. They even managed to sanitize a tiny, "unreachable" crawl space that I thought was a lost cause. My house is now on the market and receiving multiple offers. I’m currently relaxing in my new home with total confidence, which wouldn't have been possible without Attic Cat's thorough work.
I was very happy with my decision to hire The Attic Cats for my insulation job. Sean provided an estimate the same day of his initial site visit, and the installation was completed a few days later. Great service, great company.
Sean is amazing! I had an urgent rodent problem and he came by within hours to take care of it. He’s also very kind and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him!
