We used The Bistro Catering for my daughter’s varsity basketball banquet, and overall, it was a great experience. The pricing, food quality, and presentation were all excellent. Having the food served to each guest added a nice touch, and all leftovers were packed up with to-go containers provided—which we really appreciated. There were a couple of small hiccups: no dressing on the salad and the chef wasn’t particularly friendly, but the service team was professional and helpful. Neither took away from the night. I try to support small businesses when I can, and despite a few minor things, I’d definitely recommend them for other occasions.
I had a great experience with The Bistro. I asked many questions and received fast responses. The negotiation was easy and to my expectations. Finally, Cedric made more than enough food for my group.

We had them cater a traditional Thanksgiving meal for our family and new marine graduate that missed the holiday due to bootcamp. They were responsive and professional during the contracting and the food was so good. The pumpkin pie was a big hit and the macaroni and cheese was the first thing to be finished. We needed food for nine and were and to send guests home with leftovers and then some. Definitely got our money’s worth
Chef Cedric and his team at Soul Bistro Catering were a pleasure to work with. I was able to hire him on short notice (I first messaged him less than five days before our event took place) and he put together a fantastic menu for our holiday party. He and his assistant showed up punctually, prepared a beautiful spread of items, and arrived the day after the event to clean up and take back their decorations and serving dishes. The whole process required no work on my part, and the food was a huge hit. Every item was unique and delicious, especially the brie and cranberry bites and the small sandwiches. I would strongly recommend The Soul Bistro Catering for anyone looking for a quality, professional caterer.
