I contracted Chef Sesean to come to my home and cook an elevated meal for 16 women for my wife's 40th birthday party. Everything about the experience was fantastic. It started before the event: Sesean partnered with me in thinking through the menus with real care, then presented me two options, both of which looked great. He then helped me rent beautiful dishes and flatware, brought a sous chef and servers (who were awesome) and was fast and responsive with texts leading up to the event. When the event came, my wife and her friends raved about the food. We ended up with a salad, raw fish appetizer, lamb with cherry glaze, and dark chocolate dessert. It was all awesome (I was able to taste some too and can confirm: it was fantastic). It was exactly what I wanted: elevated without being stuffy. Honestly 10/10, and fulfilled everything I was looking for in bringing a private chef to the house instead of going to a nice restaurant. It was also all plated beautifully. On top of all of that, Sesean himself was a joy to be around, as was the rest of his team. His server, So, was particularly warm and great. When you end up having people like this in your house for half a day (to say nothing of functioning almost like hosts at the party), this matters. I'd recommend Sesean gladly for anyone else doing anything like this, and if I have occasion again for an event like this, I won't shop it at all; I'll just reach out to Sesean.
The food was very flavorful and the menu was nicely curated. I told him the flavor profile I wanted and he exceeded my expectations. Everyone was raving about the meal. Would definitely hire him again
We hired Chef Sesean for our intimate wedding of 25 guests and it was amazing. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented, and all of our guests loved it. Chef Sesean was professional, organized, and made our wedding dinner feel very special. Highly recommend!
Chef Sesean was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and had such a positive/ chill attitude. He helped me make my boyfriend’s 30th birthday so special! First time with a private chef and I gotta say Chef Sesean and his assistant made our anniversary dinner one of the best experience to date. The service was excellent. Exceeded my expectations. Chef Sesean helped bring my vision to life. I was celebrating my birthday with friends at my home. I wanted an elevated and elegant experience for me and my friends. Let me say that Sesean and his team of celebrity chefs did not disappoint! The presentation of the food and the taste was perfect 🤩. My guests were Wowed! I was able to enjoy the festivities because he took care of so many details. My birthday was truly happy. We will use his services again.
